For customers

Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed. If your order still no shipped, please send us an email to support@pumiey.net. We will see what is still possible.

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, our system does not allow for us to add a discount code and adjust the pricing. If your order has not shipped, please email us, and we would be happy to cancel the order so you can reorder and use your discount code.

Yse. Please review our return and refund policy to determine if you are eligible. Within the policy's allowable range, we will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues.
No. We will send you emails when there are new prodcts or campaign coupon,which you would not like to miss.So feel free to subscribe to us.

If your country is not on the list, please donnot feel disapported. You can contact us to see if we can open a priority window for you.

Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.
