Returns Policy

1.Faulty products can be returned for free. Since many consumers wear our products next to their skin, we do not offer an unconditional return guarantee. Please check your product carefully after you get it. If you want to return an item after trying it on, you may only get a partial refund. （less than 50%) And all the products that have been tried will be destroyed if they are returned. As a consumer, you can buy our products with confidence that they will not be worn by others. We know this is critical when it comes to intimate apparel, which is why our returns policy is strict. We believe you can understand us and respect the policy. 2.Products must be returned in their original condition and with all tags and liners attached. 3.We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase, as we reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear.

Refunds Policy

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper , the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it , and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
